Operate asphalt roller safely and efficiently to ensure proper compaction from paver to final road surface;
Perform routine maintenance and minor servicing on equipment;
Participate in daily toolbox talks and safety briefings;
Ensure crew safety and control hazards on site;
Assist Laborer at various job sites as needed
