Job Description
The company is a people-driven landscape company committed to structured processes, disciplined execution, and top-level work. We are seeking an experienced Landscape Project Manager to oversee landscape projects from planning through completion.

Full-time
Responsibilities- Manage landscape projects from kickoff through final completion
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and schedules
- Review scopes of work, plans, specifications, and production requirements
- Conduct job-site visits and monitor progress, quality, safety, and productivity
- Communicate with customers, estimators, designers, vendors, and field teams
- Track labor, materials, project costs, change orders, and profitability
- Identify project risks and resolve issues quickly
Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates - Support effective handoffs between sales, estimating, production, and customers
- Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations
- Experience managing landscape, construction, hardscape, irrigation, or related projects
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Working knowledge of scheduling, job costing, labor tracking, and materials management
- Ability to read plans and understand project scopes
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, accountability, and profitability
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience with project management or business software is a plus
- Spanish-speaking ability is a major plus, but not required.
