Job Description

The company is a people-driven landscape company committed to structured processes, disciplined execution, and top-level work. We are seeking an experienced Landscape Project Manager to oversee landscape projects from planning through completion.

Idaho Falls,

Full-time

Responsibilities
  • Manage landscape projects from kickoff through final completion
  • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and schedules
  • Review scopes of work, plans, specifications, and production requirements
  • Conduct job-site visits and monitor progress, quality, safety, and productivity
  • Communicate with customers, estimators, designers, vendors, and field teams
  • Track labor, materials, project costs, change orders, and profitability
  • Identify project risks and resolve issues quickly

    Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates
  • Support effective handoffs between sales, estimating, production, and customers
  • Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations
Qualifications
  • Experience managing landscape, construction, hardscape, irrigation, or related projects
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Working knowledge of scheduling, job costing, labor tracking, and materials management
  • Ability to read plans and understand project scopes
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Commitment to safety, quality, accountability, and profitability
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Experience with project management or business software is a plus
  • Spanish-speaking ability is a major plus, but not required.
