Earn $21.00 to $23.00 per hour based on experience with a $2,000 first-year bonus and a $500 quarterly bonus during the first year, with opportunities for progressive raises as you gain experience. Under a crew foreman, you will learn and apply safety procedures, read plans, and use tools to build post-frame structures, including framing, siding, roofing, and finishing work.
