Allegheny Science & Technology (AST) is seeking a Technical Writer / Editor to support our Department of Energy (DOE) customer in Idaho Falls, Idaho!
Duties & Responsibilities- Prepares, reviews, edits, and finalizes a variety of technical documents, reports, presentations, and other written materials.
- Ensures clarity, accuracy, and adherence to style guides and programmatic requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience; additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear and concise language.
- Experience with style guides (e.g., GPO, Chicago Manual of Style).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and desktop publishing software.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
