We are seeking an outstanding Marketing Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team.

Overview

The Graphic Designer interprets creative briefs and collaborates with project managers, copywriters, and other designers to produce high‑quality design work that meets project objectives. They must demonstrate competency in typography, layout, production, photo selection, and technical ability.

Responsibilities
  • Visually communicate the key messages of the company, its brands, and products.
  • Produce work in compliance with existing brand guidelines.
  • Apply strong understanding of typographic principles.
  • Collaborate with writers, photographers, and the design team.
  • Present work regularly to the Associate Creative Director and Creative Director.
  • Take ownership of projects.
  • Engage in continuous learning of industry standards, trends, and best practices.
  • Maintain sharp attention to detail.
  • Understand pre‑press and printing processes and produce print‑ready files.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with files and equipment.
  • Use Mac OS and Adobe Creative Suite proficiently.
Qualifications
  • Strong design portfolio demonstrating passion for high‑quality graphic design and effective marketing communication.
  • Portfolio work that showcases creative and strategic critical thinking.
  • Formal education in graphic design preferred.
  • Proficiency with Mac OS and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Detailed, organized work habits.
  • Ability to work independently and professionally.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective interpersonal communication in person and by phone.
  • Ability to work under stress.
  • Manual dexterity for routine office tasks such as stapling, collating, sorting, filing, typing, and writing.
  • Ability to perform essential duties with accuracy and efficiency.
