SUMMARY
The Elevation Studio Attendant plays a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, and elevated experience for guests and members at Elevation Studio. This position serves as the first point of contact for guests attending classes, assisting with bookings, check‑ins, retail purchases, and maintaining a clean, inviting studio environment between classes. Working closely with the Wellness Manager and instructors, the Studio Attendant helps ensure smooth daily operations and a positive, supportive atmosphere that reflects Tamarack Resort’s commitment to wellness and exceptional guest service.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Greet guests and members in a friendly, professional manner
- Book, check in, and manage guests for Elevation Studio classes using the reservation system
- Assist guests with studio memberships and general inquiries
- Process retail sales and class purchases accurately at checkout
- Support instructors with class transitions and guest flow
- Maintain cleanliness of the studio space between classes, including mats, props, and common areas
- Assist with light studio setup and breakdown as needed
- Communicate guest feedback or operational needs to the Wellness Manager
- Ensure the studio environment remains organized, calm, and welcoming
- Promote studio classes, offerings, and upcoming events
- Follow all resort policies, safety procedures, and service standards
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
- Comfortable working with booking systems, POS, and basic technology
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Interest in wellness, fitness, or hospitality strongly preferred
- Ability to lift and move light equipment (yoga mats, props, small retail items)
- Comfortable moving around the studio and assisting with setup/cleanup
