Responsibilities- Answer calls professionally and courteous, aiming to delight customers.
- Analyze customer situations and determine viable options that best serve them.
- Accurately place telephone orders, offering specials, promotions, and services that meet customer needs.
- Work independently and professionally.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Flexible schedule; full‑time, 20+ hours per week.
- Proficient keyboarding and computer skills.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Can work fast‑paced and under stress.
- Efficient and accurate in essential duties.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Typing speed 30+ WPM.
