• Handle all inbound calls and accurately gather customer requirements
• Enter data promptly and record the unit’s location during calls
• Communicate accurate billing information to service providers
• Make outbound calls to obtain updates on open events and keep customers informed

• High school diploma or GED
• Up to 2 years of experience in a related field
• Strong customer service experience
• Ability to multitask and problem‑solve effectively
• Availability for variable shifts, including weekends and evenings

• Degree in a related discipline or industry experience
