Insideoutva is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to manage inbound communications for automotive repair and short-term rental operations in Alaska time zone. The role focuses on answering calls, scheduling appointments, coordinating reservations, and performing administrative tasks.
Salary is $1,500 per month with full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm AKT. Must communicate in English; prior experience in high-volume service and strong organizational skills are valued;
