Mountain View Hospital is looking for a Customer Service & Front Door Liaison to join our team!
JOB SUMMARY:
Escorts and transports patients who need help to their destination within the hospital. Meets, greets and assists patients, guests and colleagues by providing directions and way finding. Will perform COVID screening at entry to hospital including: taking temperature, asking screening questions, providing masks and having visitors sign waiver forms. Will refer all questions and issues to the administrator on call when applicable.
Will provide information and direction for guests needing to park their vehicle and/or drop off patients. Will assist in transport upon discharge from the hospital. Will handle all front entrance needs for our patients, visitors and guests. Assisting patients, guests and visitors with wheelchair assistance when needed and offering all patients and visitors a warm greeting to make them feel welcomed and well cared for.
