Greet and assist members to provide exceptional customer service across the club;

Assist members with loading items into vehicles and transporting items within the club;
Support pickup order processes by notifying members of delays, offering alternatives, and ensuring items are packaged per company policies;
Ensure safety and compliance by following policies, performing safety sweeps, and reporting unsafe conditions to management.
