Client Interaction:
Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and processing policy changes with efficiency and accuracy.
Office Support:
Assist with various office duties to ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks and maintain a welcoming environment for clients.
Communication:
Deliver exceptional customer service through clear and effective communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Adaptability:
Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and procedures within a fast-paced work environment.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- $500 Signing Bonus if Property and Casualty license or Personal lines license is already obtained and current, and 1+ year of insurance experience.
