Program Coordinator II Nuclear QA​/QC Civil Construction

The WTCE Program Coordinator II provides operational coordination and day-to-day support for the delivery of Workforce Training & Continuing Education (WTCE) programs in Nuclear, Nuclear Quality Assurance/Quality Control (NQA/QA/QC), and Civil Construction.

Working closely with the Program Manager, instructors, industry partners, students, and other WTCE staff, this position coordinates the operational activities necessary to successfully deliver high-quality courses, customized contract training, certifications, workshops, and other workforce development programs.

The Program Coordinator II is responsible for course scheduling, enrollment support, instructor coordination, training logistics, facilities and equipment coordination, documentation, data tracking, reporting, and other operational activities. Due to the technical and highly regulated nature of several assigned program areas, this position places particular emphasis on accuracy, documentation, recordkeeping, compliance with established processes, and attention to detail.

This position supports the Program Manager in ensuring programs meet the workforce needs of regional employers while achieving enrollment, quality, customer service, and financial goals.

This is a grant-funded position and is contingent upon available funding.

• Provide operational coordination and day-to-day support for Nuclear, NQA/QA/QC, Civil Construction, and other assigned WTCE courses and programs
  , working closely with the Program Manager to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate all aspects of course delivery, including schedules, working with PM’s and instructors, facilities, equipment, materials, rosters, enrollment requirements, and other logistics for open enrollment, customized, and contract training.
• Develop and maintain processes, procedures, checklists, and timelines to support consistent, efficient, and high-quality program delivery.
• Coordinate new and existing courses, workshops, industry events, and customized training, including activities conducted at CEI and employer or off-site locations.
• Maintain accurate student, instructor, course, certification, and training records, with particular attention to the documentation and recordkeeping requirements associated with nuclear and quality-related training.
• Manage program information within WTCE registration systems, learning management systems, databases, and other technology used for course delivery, tracking, and reporting.
