City of Idaho Falls is seeking a Generations Mechanic for Idaho Falls Power/Idaho Falls Fiber. The position may be filled as an Apprentice or Journeyman level, focusing on maintenance, repair and inspection of generation plants and equipment to ensure safe and efficient electricity generation.
Responsibilities include reading blueprints, performing turbine tear-downs, and maintaining pumps, motors and control systems.
