This position is located in the greater Idaho Falls, . Flexibility between multiple active construction sites may be required.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, accounting, finance, or other associated degree.

* Relevant work experience in lieu of degree considered

* At least 10+ years of relevant experience

* This role may require a facility-specific clearance that requires U.S Citizenship to obtain.

* Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, perform, review, and present planning and scheduling products. This includes the development of the products independently with minimal supervision using a high level of professional judgment and knowledge related to engineering, procurement, and construction practices.

* Previous Earned Value Management System experience

* Previous Nuclear or DOE experience

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Motivated, detail-oriented, and flexible.

* Be able to direct and mange a team to achieve project goals.

* Strong Knowledge of Primavera P6 with a strong understanding of scheduling fundamentals

* Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.

* Proficient with reporting tools such as Power BI, Excel etc.

* Previous experience managing project controls teams.

* Flexibility to respond to urgent project requests and/or changing priorities.

* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) #LI-LH1

Responsibilities

* Manage a project controls teams on multiple project sites including project controls engineering, schedulers, cost analysts, and discipline focused Advanced Work Packaging Planning team.

* Mentor junior project controls engineers, schedulers, and cost analysts

* Complete all work in compliance with site specific certified Earned Value Management System.
