*** As our Automation Test Technician, you will be responsible for many operational duties and will be an instrumental part of the team that builds and tests large computer and control systems.
With minimal supervision, you will
*** support engineering activities such as design, test, modification, fabrication and assembly of different types of systems, devices and/or equipment.
*** You will work from
*** schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to help build, test, and trouble-shoot our systems.

** Salary Information**: $22.84 - $34.00 per hour

*** Your Challenge:
*** Assist with the building and testing of systems (staging, configuring, and wiring)
* Assists in the design, construction, of automated test equipment.
* Assists in factory acceptance testing and procedures.
* Maintain calibration and maintenance of test equipment
* Teardown and shipping of large systems to clients
* Performs complex operational tests and tasks on systems and equipment.
* Assists in determining methods or actions to remedy malfunctions.
* Assists in the design, construction, test and check-out of test equipment.
* May assist in training to lower-level Engineering Techs.

* What You Bring:
*** 2+ years of related experience is preferred.
* Engineering Technology associate's degree, or similar diploma, or equivalent education and experience in engineering and/or technology
* Understanding of basic electrical principals.
* It is preferred that the incumbent has a good understanding of analog, digital, I/O equipment engineering, test, analysis and modeling.
* Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
* Knowledge of engineering principles, and processes
* Detail oriented with the ability to learn on the fly.
