Job Description
Our Dewberry Pennsylvania offices are seeking a Highway Project Engineer/Manager. We are open to Pittsburgh, Mechanicsburg and Philadelphia offices. You should have experience working on PennDOT and/or PA Turnpike Commission projects. Your role will involve Project Management and consulting with an in-depth focus on highway and road design, executing work, supervising staff in document production, monitoring budgets and schedules, marketing new projects, preparing proposals, and interfacing regularly with clients.

Responsibilities- Supervise all staff necessary to complete assignments
- Monitor budgets and schedules
- Prepare proposals to provide professional services
- Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering is required
- Registered Professional Engineer in PA
- Experience in highway design to include
- Horizontal and vertical alignments
- Drainage design
- Erosion and sediment pollution control design
- Stormwater management design
- Pavement design
- Traffic engineering
- Experience with Micro Station and InRoads/Open Roads
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
