Dewberry is seeking a Highway Project Engineer/Manager for our Pennsylvania offices (Pittsburgh, Mechanicsburg, Philadelphia). You will lead highway design projects for PennDOT and/or the PA Turnpike Commission, supervise staff, and manage budgets and schedules.
Ideal candidate has a BS in Civil Engineering, PA PE license, and experience in highway design, including roadway alignments, drainage, stormwater, and traffic engineering. Office-based roles with client coordination.
