: 08/01/2026 - 09/30/2027
The Project Engineer will support by providing engineering support for planning, design, documentation, field execution, and project implementation in accordance with DOE requirements.
Essential Duties- Develop engineering and project documentation.
- Support design, modification, and operation of DOE facilities.
- Prepare schedules, cost estimates, and technical reports.
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders.
- Support field activities and engineering implementation.
- Ensure compliance with DOE standards and project procedures.
- Participate in technical reviews and project meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of directly related engineering experience.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
- DOE facility experience.
- Knowledge of DOE Orders and nuclear project engineering.
- Experience with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Must comply with all environmental, safety, health, quality, security, and Integrated Safety Management System requirements.
