Your Responsibilities as a Transportation Engineer:
  • Prepare Engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents
  • Coordinate with clients and regulatory agencies for permitting compliance
  • Prepare budgets and schedules for projects
  • Support clients with services during bidding, contracting, and construction
  • Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets
  • Provide technical guidance and quality control
What we're looking for:
  • B.S. in Civil Engineering (or related field)
  • Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Idaho (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
  • 3+ years of Civil Engineering experience
  • Experience in designing transportation facilities for State transportation departments & local jurisdictions
  • Experience with ITD’s procedures and requirements
  • Experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Micro Station Open Roads, and Geopak design software
