What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage Accounts Receivable, Credit, Collections, or Billing Operations
  • Analyze customer payment patterns and assess credit or financial risk
  • Review and validate customer deduction claims, maintaining accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address discrepancies and systemic issues
  • Provide updates and recommendations to internal stakeholders on process improvements
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accountancy, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of five (5) to eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in credit and collections
  • Excellent understanding of credit and collection operations procedures
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
