Job Summary
Serve members and internal customers by answering questions and resolving issues related to Mountain America loans to ensure quality service across multiple channels. Provide timely and accurate service to support members and enhance their financial relationships with the credit union. Act as liaison for members and branches within the department, and assist in managing department operations such as remittance, scanning, research, adjustments, payment reversals, correspondence, loan maintenance, and conversion.

ScheduleFull Time:
Monday - Friday, hours vary between 8:00am - 7:00pm;
Rotating Saturdays 9:00am - 3:00pm.
- Provide quality service to credit union members to resolve loan problems.
- Adhere to quality review procedures and maintain relationships with branch personnel.
- Perform loan, share, payment, and error adjustments in Symitar accurately and on time.
- Use third‑party systems for remittance, research, and correspondence.
- Handle loan payoff requests promptly and accurately.
- Process requests related to Service member Civil Relief Act (SCRA), flood tracking, HELOC conversion, ELOC conversion, etc.
- Assist in researching member inquiries and handling correspondence.
- Train other Loan Servicing employees as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Experience:
1-2 years of similar or related experience. - Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in accounting preferred. - Computer skills:
Basic computer operating skills; intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); proficiency in internal systems and 10‑Key. - Typing:
Minimum 35 words per minute. - Symitar and 10‑Key experience preferred.
- Interpersonal skills:
Courtesy, tact, diplomacy; ability to build relationships. - Knowledge:
Credit union policies, procedures, MACU departments, and loan servicing.
- Ability to talk, hear, sit, use hands; stand, walk, kneel, crouch occasionally.
- Vision: close vision < 20 inches; distance vision ≥ 20 feet.
- Weight: lift up to 10 lbs consistently, up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Environment: moderate noise (business office with computers and printers).
