Job Summary Admin support Job Description

LOCATION Mountain America Center 9800 S Monroe St Sandy, Utah

* In-Office SCHEDULE Flexible Hours

• To be effective, an individual must be able to perform each job duty successfully. Underwrites commercial real estate credit reviews and analyzes the risks associated with the borrower's financial condition, recommending risk-rating changes where appropriate.
• Performs financial reviews on required credits
• Analyzes repayment ability and personal cash flow
• Reviews and interprets personal and business credit reports
• Analyzes commercial leases
• Reviews professional real estate appraisals
• Follows for property insurance documentation
• Perform property inspections
• Other duties as directed

Experience:

One to three years of similar or related experience.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Managerial Responsibility:
Has no supervisory/managerial responsibilities.

Language

Skills:

Must have the ability to read, understand and carry out instructions in written and oral form.

  Ability to talk, hear, sit, use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms consistently. Ability to stand, walk, kneel and crouch occasionally
