• The Medicaid Compliance Officer, while supervising Developmental Specialists, will ensure the Medicaid program is in compliance. Responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable Medicaid regulations, payer requirements, and accreditation standards relevant to the organization’s operations includes developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), conducting compliance checklists, and performing internal audits to safeguard program integrity, and reducing the risk of non‑compliance.
