Position: COMPLIANCE ASSISTANT

Mountain View Hospital is looking for a Compliance Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary

The Compliance Assistant performs routine administrative and compliance tasks, as directed by the Director of Compliance, including but not limited to:
Receiving, reviewing, disseminating and storing documentation;
Various reporting;
Tasks related to Contract Management and Patient Experience;
Acts as support for:
Data analytics;
Research studies;
Contracted Employees and special Compliance projects.

Qualifications

Education/Certification: High School Graduate, some college experience preferred.

Experience: Administrative/Office procedures; experience working in the medical field;
Basic knowledge of Quality/Compliance;
Research techniques.

Equipment/Technology: Proficient Microsoft office skills and computer skills;
Technical knowledge/understanding of digital environment.

Language/Communication: Excellent Communication Skills.

Mathematical

Skills:

Basic math skills required; advanced math skills desired.

Mental Capabilities: Organized and Self Motivated;
Uses good judgement and logic;
Excellent attention to detail.

Interpersonal: Ability to deal confidently and positively with all levels of Staff, both face-to-face and over phone and through email/correspondence.
