Behavioral Health Technician (Full-Time / Part-Time - Overnight Shift) Stewards of Recovery, LLC Youth Group Home
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Stewards of Recovery, LLC is seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technicians to support youth in a structured substance abuse treatment environment. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and supporting long-term recovery. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will provide direct care, supervision, and support to clients while helping maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct care and supervision to clients in a group home setting
- Perform frequent safety checks and rounds
- Support daily routines and structured programming
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized facility
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Uphold client confidentiality and professional boundaries
- Promote a positive and recovery-focused environment
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Strong ethics, boundaries, and professionalism
- Commitment to a clean and sober lifestyle
- Ability to pass an Enhanced Background Check (company-paid)
- CPR/First Aid certification and TB test required (provided by employer)
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Paid training
- Company-paid certifications (CPR/First Aid, TB test, DHW Background Check)
