We are looking for a Guest Experience Manager who is dynamic, proactive, and enthusiastic, dedicated to delivering exceptional guest satisfaction and service excellence.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position at a luxury or 5-star hotel,
• Fluency in English and Turkish is required (additional languages are preferred),
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field,
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills,
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities,
• A guest-focused mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences,
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays,
• Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with Biblos brand standards.

• Acts as a role model in displaying outstanding hospitality and service skills,
• Leads and empowers the team to provide personalized, high-quality guest service,
• Provides immediate assistance to guests when requested, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally,
• Handles and follows up on all guest feedback, complaints, and satisfaction-related issues,
• Records and monitors guest feedback in the Guest Response Tracking System, ensuring timely resolution and service recovery,
• Ensures all Guest Experience team members are well-trained and equipped to deliver exceptional service,
• Implements and maintains hotel policies and service standards consistently,
• Builds and maintains a strong working relationship with all departments to ensure smooth coordination and operational success,
• Collaborates closely with the Front Office and F&B departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction and experience.
