SUMMARY
Club Concierge – The Club at Tamarack
The Club Concierge is the first point of contact for Members and their Guests and plays a key role in delivering a seamless, welcoming, and elevated Club experience. This position requires a dynamic, service-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and consistently exceeds Member expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Deliver consistently professional, warm, and engaging service to Members and their Guests.
- Greet, check in, and assist Members and Guests while upholding all Club service standards.
- Create a polished and welcoming first impression that reflects the culture of The Club at Tamarack.
- Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries regarding events, Club procedures, and general information.
- Issue Member and Boundless Passes and maintain accurate records in Club systems.
- Provide personalized recommendations and booking assistance for dining, spa, events, transportation, and resort amenities.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the Club’s Customs and Courtesies and apply them in every interaction.
- Resolve requests and concerns efficiently, professionally, and discreetly.
- Support Club operations, special events, and peak periods as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized concierge area and uphold confidentiality at all times.
- Act as a professional ambassador of The Club at Tamarack with flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Previous customer service experience required; minimum 2 years hospitality or private club experience preferred.
- Computer proficiency required, including experience with Microsoft Windows–based applications.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly responsible, dependable, and detail oriented.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to anticipate and respond to guest needs while remaining calm, courteous, and composed.
- Adaptable and flexible; able to manage frequent changes, delays, and unexpected situations.
- Enjoys working with and interacting with the public in a service-focused role.
