WhatYou Will Do
- Manage end‑to‑end implementation projects—including large, complex, and high‑revenue customer solutions—driving on‑time and within‑scope delivery.
- Partner with sales teams as needed to define technical solutions and delivery requirements that meet customer needs.
- Create individualized project plans for each assigned customer, including schedules, milestones, and resource coordination.
- Configure systems and ensure technical setup aligns with documented customer requirements.
- Deliver training or coordinate training sessions for customer teams and complete all required documentation confirming readiness for use.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure all tasks are executed according to project plans.
- Monitor implementation progress, proactively mitigate risks, and adjust plans to maintain project timelines and customer satisfaction.
- Verify final system functionality and ensure successful handoff to the appropriate support teams upon project completion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Minimum 2 years of implementation project management experience.
- Ability to reside in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, or Utah (role requires residency in one of these states).
- Working knowledge of computer systems and web‑based applications.
- Working knowledge of communication technologies (e.g., cellular, Bluetooth, wireless, Computer Aided Dispatch).
- Work arrangement:
Remote, must reside in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, or Utah. - Travel:
Occasional travel may be required based on customer project needs. - Driver’s license:
Valid driver’s license may be required for customer site visits. - Relocation:

$69,100 - $139,600 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
