Range
The Target Pay Range for this position is $-$ annually. The full Pay Range is $82,900.00 - $ annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job‑related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant.
Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

To join our dynamic team, we require candidates to be residents of WA, CA, VA, NC, OR, , AZ, TX, GA, or SC. If you’re located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we are requesting that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote.

An Associate Enterprise Project Manager at BECU, you'll help turn strategic ideas into successful business outcomes. You'll lead projects and initiatives that improve experience for our members and employees while partnering with stakeholders across the organization. By bringing structure, collaboration, and problem‑solving to every stage of the project lifecycle, you'll help teams navigate complexity, remove obstacles, and deliver meaningful results. This role offers the opportunity to build your project‑management expertise while working alongside experienced Enterprise Project Managers and Program Managers on initiatives that drive organizational success.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Lead Project Execution:
Manage projects, features, and business initiatives from planning through implementation and closure, ensuring successful delivery of objectives and outcomes. - Drive Collaborative Planning:
Partner with stakeholders to gather, refine, and document business requirements using an iterative and collaborative approach. - Create Project Roadmaps:
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource plans, and key deliverables to keep teams aligned and on track. - Facilitate Cross‑Functional Success:
Coordinate activities across teams, manage dependencies, and foster collaboration to achieve project goals. - Manage Risks and Issues:
Identify potential obstacles, proactively address challenges, and help remove barriers that impact project success. - Support Governance and Communication:
Participate in project governance activities and provide clear, consistent communication to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. - Maintain Project Documentation:
Ensure project artifacts, documentation, and deliverables meet organizational standards and audit requirements. - Assist with Financial Oversight:
Support project budgeting, forecasting, invoice reviews, and reconciliation of project expenditures. - Coordinate Vendor and Partner
