About the Role:The Associate Solutions Consultant acts as an essential liaison between our Sales and Services Delivery teams. This role requires a working knowledge of the CRM technology landscape (data management platforms, data warehouses, content and personalization platforms, ecommerce platforms, analytics platforms, BI tools, and marketing platforms), a base understanding of data management and AI applications, a desire to learn and grow in the Salesforce ecosystem, and a confident, positive attitude.
Knowledge of Salesforce solutions Data 360, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, Sales/Service Cloud is a huge plus.
The Associate Solutions Consultant must have an aptitude for and enjoyment of technical solutions. This role is responsible for supporting the sales process by assisting senior team members with technical solution recommendations based on stated requirements, technology roadmaps, budget considerations, and the client's existing technology stack. Working with the Sales team, the Junior Solutions Consultant will help document recommendations, support client presentations, and assist with winning client business.
Duties & Responsibilities:- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Delivery, Operations, Marketing) to scope and support technical solutions.
- Assist in gathering and documenting client requirements.
- Support senior consultants during client presentations, helping to outline the solution vision, dependencies, milestones, and phases.
- Assist in writing SOW language, internal documentation, sales proposals, and RFP responses.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest in digital marketing technology, data management, and Salesforce features and capabilities.
- Prefer 1 to 2 years of experience with Salesforce cloud applications or a similar technical ecosystem.
- A foundational understanding of data architecture, data flow, and technology stacks.
- Basic experience or strong academic interest in marketing automation and digital campaigns.
- Exposure to or basic understanding of data or platform migrations.
- Salesforce certifications/accreditation(s) in progress or completed, such as:
Data 360 Certification, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist/Consultant, Integration/Data/B2C Solution/B2B Solution/Technical Architect, Loyalty Management Accredited Professional, Experience Cloud Consultant. - Prior internship or entry-level agency experience, especially in a client-facing or scoping capacity.
Strong presentation, analytical, consultative, and communication skills.
Positive, customer‑centric attitude.
Familiarity with marketing technologies such as: ESPs, CRMs, CDPs, AI tools, data lake houses and warehouses, BI platforms, analytics platforms, inbox placement tools, ecommerce platforms, social listening/publishing tools, etc.
Familiarity with data integration methods and tools such as: API, SFTP and Mulesoft, Boomi, Informatica, Skyvia, Data loader.io.
