Envoy seeks a Customer Success Operations Manager to scale the post-sales organization. You will partner with CS leadership and cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions, governance, and scalable systems across CS, Renewals, Solutions Engineering, and Support.
Reporting to the Head of CS Operations, you will own post-sales data, compensation operations, tooling, automation, and large-scale programs. This on-site role requires four days per week in our Austin, TX office.
