The Procurement Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing procurement activities, ensuring the timely availability of materials, and optimizing vendor relationships to meet organizational goals. This role focuses on aligning procurement efforts with demand planning to deliver the right product, at the right time and place, and at the right price. Leveraging technology, data analytics, and innovative procurement strategies, the Procurement Specialist supports production efficiency, inventory optimization, and cost savings.

Additionally, this position serves as the gatekeeper for vendor data, managing processes such as order confirmations, on-time delivery tracking, and non-conformance reporting. The role requires adherence to strict business ethics and integrity standards while delivering superior levels of customer service and satisfaction. This is primarily a core procurement role, with an added focus on AI, automation, analytics, and process improvement.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing day-to-day procurement activities while also helping build reports, dashboards, tools, and workflows that improve speed, visibility, and decision-making.
