Visually inspect and prepare finished product for delivery to the Product Delivery department. Support operational functions of various production lines during the work shift.

- Set up work area by retrieving and staging production components (bottles, lids, pallets, bulk, bags, cartons, etc.), loading components into machinery, preparing inventory tracking paperwork for the finished product on the production line, etc.
- Hang sacks of powder using crane hoist system.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) where required and follow lock‑out tag‑out (LOTO) procedures where necessary.
- Work at assigned station to assist in producing finished goods (placing scoops into jars, filling and palletizing totes, labeling totes with required information, moving and loading pallets to the correct areas with use of a pallet jack, etc.).
- Inspect finished products to ensure they pass company standards; lift totes/boxes of finished product onto pallets, tables, or shelves.
- Perform clean‑up duties including washing equipment, sweeping & mopping floors, emptying garbage cans, wiping down walls, and using a scissor lift to clean out‑of‑reach areas.
- Support equipment changeover and setup processes as directed by the Machine Operator or Coordinator, including tear‑down, reassembly, and setup of certain pieces of machinery.
- Inspect quality of finished goods for proper label placement, tight lids/seals, correct/legible lot code, etc., and perform necessary tasks to ensure any issues are addressed and corrected.
- Multi‑task during production process to ensure any issue on production line is quickly and urgently corrected or reported to Operator/Coordinator for correction.
- Assist in training other associates as needed by demonstrating tasks, answering questions, etc.
- Perform other necessary duties as assigned, including assisting in the product delivery department as needed.
- Assist in machine tear‑down, cleaning, and set‑up.
- Takes direction from the Machine Operator/Coordinator to assist where needed.
- Work overtime as needed.
- Ability to certify and operate a scissor lift to assist in cleaning and changeover processes.
- Ability to work independently and with little direction while staying on task.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 65 lbs. consistently for eight (8) hours.
- Must be able to lift boxes/totes from the floor to a pallet or table.
- Ability to operate mechanical equipment.
- Standing and/or walking for the duration of an 8‑hour shift.
- Pulling, stretching, bending, and lifting for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to organize and coordinate projects.
- Visually read bottles, product, lot numbers, and perform inspections, etc.
- Manual dexterity for duties such as collating, sorting, filling, toting, etc.
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.).
