Quickparts is redefining how manufacturing works. We operate a global Certified Manufacturing Network — delivering CNC machining, injection molding, additive, and advanced manufacturing solutions to customers who depend on precision, speed, and reliability.

We are hiring a Head of Global External Manufacturing to take full operational ownership of our rapidly growing Certified Manufacturing Network. This is not a coordinator role. This is not a passive oversight position. This is a chance to run a business inside the business.

You will:

• ✔ Own a P&L and treat the Certified Manufacturing Network like a true operating location — without walls
• ✔ Shape supplier strategy and performance across a distributed manufacturing ecosystem
• ✔ Influence quality, logistics, program management, and finance
• ✔ Help define how a modern, distributed manufacturing model operates at scale
• ✔ Have a direct voice with executive leadership in a high-impact leadership role

• ✔ A high-performing supply chain or operations leader ready to step into a broader operating role, or
• ✔ A seasoned operator who wants to join a close-knit, high-functioning leadership team where decisions move fast and impact is real

• Own operational performance of our Certified Manufacturing Network business
• Drive supplier performance, delivery reliability, and margin improvement
• Ensure capacity supports budgeted growth
• Optimize logistics across the network
• Lead cross-functional operating reviews
• Reduce friction, increase accountability, and install scalable processes
• Run the Certified Manufacturing Network like a true operating location — without physical walls

• Strong hands‑on experience in supply chain, supplier management, or manufacturing operations
• Financial fluency — you understand margin, cost leakage, and growth tradeoffs
• Comfort operating in a matrixed environment with influence over authority
• A builder mindset — you enjoy installing structure where it doesn’t yet exist
• Leadership presence and executive communication ability
