Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Manufacturing & Industrial Operations
Job Summary: Ensure equipment for compounding is clean and ready to use for the next batch in a timely manner.
Responsibilities- Pre-washes parts according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Loads parts into dishwasher to be cleaned and sanitized before placing them on the drying rack to air dry.
- Scrubs walls, floors, shelves, tables, and sinks using cleaning solution and brush.
- Must be able to perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation without posing a direct threat to the individual or others.
- Disassemble and reassemble pumps and filling equipment in a sanitary manner during the cleaning process.
- Washes and processes kettles and equipment.
- Cleans and sanitizes compounding environment.

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds when washing barrels.

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read, write and speak English.
- Regularly required to stand for extended periods of time.
- Regularly/frequently required to walk, climb, or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Reach with hands and arms, use hands to fingers, handle or feel.
- Occasionally/frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and, infrequently, up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Required clarity of speech and hearing to discern verbal instructions and communicate effectively in person and by telephone.
- Requires composure and ability to prioritize and handle many urgent tasks and requests simultaneously with a high level of competence and accuracy.
