Manufacturing Associate – Reagent Filling​/Packaging Operator, 2nd Shift

About the Role

This entry‑level Production Operator role involves operating and troubleshooting reagent filling, capping, labeling and packaging machines on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday–Friday). You will help ensure consistent quality and support a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

• Operate and maintain filling, capping, labeling, and packaging machines (fillers, cappers, labelers, automated packaging).
• Set up and break down production lines.
• Follow instructions to meet strict quality standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for long periods.
• Ability to operate power equipment safely (including power jacks).
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on challenges.
• Must pass a DEA background check.
