Swing Shift Welder​/Fabricator​/Fitter

TRC Fabrication is a structural steel and miscellaneous metals fabrication shop known for quality workmanship and a strong team environment. We are looking for a skilled Fabricator/Welder who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

Pay: $21.95-$26,40 hour DOE (based on experience and skill level)

• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications
• Perform MIG welding and fabrication of structural and miscellaneous steel
• Operate fabrication equipment and power tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain quality standards and meet production expectations

• 2+ years of fabrication/welding experience preferred
• Proficiency in MIG welding (flux-core experience a plus)
• Ability to read and work from shop drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable and self-motivated

• Candidates will be required to complete and pass a weld test as part of the hiring process
