As an Asphalt Plant Laborer at our plant in Idaho Falls, you'll play a hands-on role in keeping our operation safe, reliable, and productive. From troubleshooting equipment to preventative maintenance and repairs, you'll work with a team where your mechanical skills make a real impact. What You'll Do  Inspect equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventative maintenance.

Maintain and service production machinery. Replace and adjust machine wear parts. Perform light fabrication, repairs, and other plant maintenance. Maintain tools and equipment needed to get the job done. Keep the plant clean, organized, and safe.  What We're Looking For  18+ years old. Strong problem-solving and technical skills. Mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic experience is a plus. Safety-focused with a strong safety record.

Comfortable using pneumatic and hand tools. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical repair, or forklift experience is helpful.
