EICAP is seeking a part-time Ombudsman to advocate for residents in long-term care settings across Idaho Falls. The role focuses on resident rights, complaint resolution, education, and outreach, including facility visits and collaboration with staff, families, and community partners.
You will complete Idaho's Ombudsman Certification after hire, work with volunteers, and help identify trends to improve policies and care practices.
