DescriptionMountain View Hospital is looking for a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team!
JOB SUMMARY:
Medical provider. Evaluate and treat patients in a Family Practice setting. Perform work and sports related physicals.

QualificationsEducation/Certification:
Licensed Nurse Practitioner/Licensed Physician Assistant. Maintain current Idaho licensure, Federal DEA and IBOP certifications. Complete adequate CME as required by licensure. Maintain current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS. (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant: Works within the scope of practice as defined by the Idaho Board of Nursing and Medicine.)
