Role Overview
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides quality nursing care within an interdisciplinary team to promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being, adhering to legal and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and report patient condition changes.
- Assign duties, instruct, and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Deliver compassionate, competent care, ensuring adherence to all regulations and standards.
- Must have graduated from an accredited LPN program.
- Hold an active LPN/LVN license.
- Preferably have one year of skilled nursing experience.
- CPR certification is required and must be maintained.
Ability to make independent decisions, deliver excellent patient service, and maintain a positive attitude. Must demonstrate knowledgeability in nursing care delivery and exhibit strong interpersonal skills.
