Salary

This position is incentive eligible. Salary estimate: $87,339.20 - $ per year.

The Director ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. The Director fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.

• Registered Nurse
• Bachelor's Degree
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Master's Degree preferred
• 1+ year of manager experience of a large complex unit in a hospital required; 3+ years of experience preferred.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 7 days of employment start date.
