Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing quality patient care within an interdisciplinary team.
ResponsibilitiesDelivering nursing care to promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, monitoring and reporting changes in patient conditions, assigning duties, instructing, and supervising CNAs.
QualificationsGraduation from an accredited LPN program, active LPN/LVN license in good standing, CPR certification, and preferable one year of skilled nursing experience.
Skills & RequirementsAbility to make independent decisions, deliver competent nursing care, exhibit excellent customer service, and maintain a positive attitude towards patients.
