Registered Nurse – IMC​/PCU​/Stepdown

Travel Rn Progressive Care Unit (Pcu)

Seeking a skilled Travel RN for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to provide patient care during a 13-week assignment. This role requires flexibility to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality clinical services.

Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive nursing care to patients in the PCU setting.
• Monitor patient vitals and clinical statuses continuously.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans.
• Document patient observations and care interventions accurately.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and post-discharge care.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety procedures, and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in PCU or step-down units.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to changing patient needs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
• CPR and ACLS certifications are required.
