Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor patient responses and report any changes to the healthcare team.

• Document patient information and care activities thoroughly.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license and current state certification.
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of recent Medical Surgical experience.
• Possess strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Show excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Be capable of working night shifts and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
