Quality Control - QC Analysts/Managers, Production QC/QA, Quality Engineering, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Prepare and assist implementation of QA/QC function, documents, and deliverables management, by providing support and execution to project and works within EPC department. Main objective is to ensure, maintain, develop, all QA/QC practices are implemented in accordance with company quality policy and relevant Quality Management System compliance.
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for carrying out day to day inspection and testing in the project Accurate and credible inspection list
Reviewing documents and inspection documents prior to performing any inspection, and issuance of inspection report activity on a daily basis Accurate and credible inspection list
Performing site surveillance as required Accurate surveillance data
Performs visual inspections, dimensional tests, checks rating and material for connection, while performs inspection installation of electrical and instrument equipment Accurate and timelineinspection report
Performing site installation, testing and calibration inspections to confirm product and process quality in line with established quality and technical documents Timeline and accurate inspection data
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

- - SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements
Bachelor's Degree of Engineering (Civil)
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience- Min. 5 years of experience as QA/QC Civil and Structure Inspector in Oil and Gas Industries, with thorough comprehensive knowledge for QA/QC practice in construction and operation
- Preferably having familiarity and experiences to QA/QC implementation upon oil and gas sector, marine construction and plant operation sector
- Full comprehensive knowledge for Quality Management System, ISO 9001:2015 and implementation
- Shall be fully conversant with applicable International Codes and Standards (ASTM, AASHTO and BS)
- Thorough understanding for Document Management System
- Team workers and organizing people
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
- If candidates do not meet the requirements specified in the Education section, evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with KKNI Level 5.
