Walmart Stores - Up to $25000.00/hour - 700 East 17th Street - Responsibilities:
Maintain area of responsibility per policies; handle returns; zone and organize merchandise; identify shrink and damages;
Provide member service by managing exit areas, reviewing receipts, assisting with purchasing decisions, and locating merchandise;
Maintain self-checkout area; resolve member issues; promote Sam's Club products and services; assist with self-service technology; process purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges;
Secure and safeguard assets by observing potential criminal activity; maintain logs and documentation; execute emergency procedures; ensure safety compliance;
Assist with training of Member Frontline Service associates on processes; deliver program rollout training; support continuous learning and process improvement
