Salon Centric, a subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-energy team in Idaho Falls. You will coach staff, ensure outstanding customer service, and help drive sales while maintaining store standards.
The role requires 1–2 years of retail leadership, strong communication, ability to use POS systems (SAP preferred), and weekend availability. A HS Diploma or GED is required; lifting up to 20 lbs is expected; cosmetology license is a plus.
