Overview

Culver's is hiring a Shift Manager to lead daily operations and deliver a high-quality guest experience. Training will take place at the Culvers in Idaho Falls, 946 Pancheri Dr.

• Supervise daily operations of the store with attention to detail
• Manage resources including stock, staff, and sales effectively
• Recruit, train, and appraise staff to build a motivated team
• Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent service
• Maintain financial and statistical records to maximize profitability
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
• Prepare promotional displays and coordinate with management

• Strong organizational and team working skills
• Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving abilities
• Confidence and resourcefulness in managing store operations
• Enthusiastic and proactive leadership style
• Basic IT and numerical skills
